Rassgard

RASSGARD: This prison camp was located north of the Ak Low River in northeastern Bulgaria on the Rustchuk-Varna Railroad line. The World's Alliance of YMCA's established a War Prisoners' Aid program in Rassgard by March 1918 to provide services to Allied POW's.
